Easy Diet and my story
Welcome to my diet and excercise blog which includes information on my workout routine and dieting schedule. Initially, I never intended to create a blog on my life over the past two years concerning my body alteration, but I felt like it would be something that everyone could use and easily can take what I've learned from it. I always struggled with my body and body image and felt like I was never really where I wanted to be. I was thin and underweight often being compared to a stick figure. This is where my journey started with gaining weight and muscle and more recently losing weight to cut down to a lean muscular figure. I will be posting my before picture shortly to show where I have been and over the next couple blogs where I am going. Throughout the following blogs I will also reveal easy diet tips that helped me along with hard work and can definitely help you.
